A Legacy Built on Engineering Excellence
Lin Qi Wei Construction Services (LQWCS) was founded in 2014 by Mr. Emmanuel Lim as a Philippine construction firm composed of highly skilled engineers from the University of the Philippines. The company specialized in general engineering, architectural, civil, electrical, and mechanical works, delivering quality projects for commercial, industrial, and government clients across the country. Known for its excellence, integrity, and commitment to client satisfaction, LQWCS successfully completed projects for organizations such as the U.S. Embassy, Philippine Military Academy, Makati Medical Center, and Selecta Walls-Unilever.
Building on its solid construction expertise and growing reputation, the company evolved into Lin Qi Wei Realty (LQW Realty) in 2022, expanding its focus to real estate development. Today, LQW Realty continues the legacy of engineering excellence while championing sustainable, inclusive, and socially responsible Filipino communities.

Ms. Annabelle Tabilona Abunda is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Licensed Real Estate Broker (REB) with nearly three decades of extensive experience in corporate management, tax strategies, financial management and reporting, regulatory compliance and governance within publicly listed companies, real estate and holding organizations across diverse industries. Her career spans leadership and consultancy roles in accounting, taxation, and property development, bringing together solid financial acumen and a deep understanding of the real estate sector.
As President of Lin Qi Wei Realty Development, she spearheads the company’s transformation from a construction-focused enterprise into a forward-looking real estate development firm dedicated to sustainable, inclusive, and high-quality communities. Her leadership is marked by integrity, financial discipline, and a passion for building projects that create long-term value for stakeholders and Filipino families alike.
