Lin Qi Wei Construction Services (LQWCS) was founded in 2014 as a Philippine construction firm composed of highly skilled engineers from the University of the Philippines. The company specialized in general engineering, architectural, civil, electrical, and mechanical works, delivering quality projects for commercial, industrial, and government clients across the country. Known for its excellence, integrity, and commitment to client satisfaction, LQWCS successfully completed projects for organizations such as the U.S. Embassy, Philippine Military Academy, Makati Medical Center, and Selecta Walls-Unilever.

Building on its solid construction expertise and growing reputation, the company evolved into Lin Qi Wei Realty (LQW Realty) in 2022, expanding its focus to real estate development. Today, LQW Realty continues the legacy of engineering excellence while championing sustainable, inclusive, and socially responsible Filipino communities.
